In 2020, things were very different, with festivals cancelled and folk clubs closed. We postponed New Roots final until November and then had to hold it online. As folk clubs are still closed and festivals are uncertain whether their plans for 2021 can go ahead, we are looking for online opportunities for our 2020 finalists.

We will be approaching them and others for both live and online opportunities in 2022 for our 2021 finalists

To offer a performance opportunity for New Roots 2021, please complete and return this form.

The final of New Roots 2021 will be on a Sunday in late October 2021 at Trestle Arts Base, Russet Drive, St Albans AL4 0JQ or online. There is no charge for admission. The judges, will give feedback on performances.  For enquiries, email Alison.Macfarlane@lineone.net or ring 01727 852111. For further details, click here.
